The cataplana cooking class provides an authentic experience of Portuguese cuisine, where you learn how to prepare this traditional dish full of aromas and flavours. It is an opportunity to discover techniques, local ingredients and the richness of regional cuisine.

At the end of the class, participants are given the opportunity to taste the cataplana prepared during the session.
